Careers in forensic science: Becoming a forensic scientist
Many television shows portray (somewhat inaccurately) forensic scientists working in law enforcement to solve crimes. But forensics encompasses a much wider area. In criminal cases, forensic specialists may work for the prosecution or the defense.
